All of the hardware used by our solutions can be easily found anywhere. By using readily-available hardware, you can setup, upgrade and replace your hardware easily, all by yourself.

Dinlr Waiter

iPhone or iPad

Compatible with all iPhone and iPad models running iOS 11 or above. However, it's recommended to use iPad Air/iPhone 6s or later, because older iPads/iPhones may be too slow or lack the screen space necessary to have the best experience.

Receipt Printers

Compatible with most Star Micronics, Epson and ESC/POS Receipt Printers using LAN, Wifi or Bluetooth Interface.

Cash Drawer

Compatible with any cash drawer connected to a receipt printer to open automatically. Otherwise, you'll need to manually open the drawer using the cash drawer key.

Barcode Scanner

Compatible with USB (Require Lightning to USB adapter) and Bluetooth barcode scanner. By default, most barcode scanner will be programmed to add "ENTER" after a scan. If not, you can change the settings by referring to the scanner's manual.

Weighing Scales

Compatible with most Star Micronics Weighing Scales using LAN, Wifi or Bluetooth Interface.

Dinlr Display

You can pair Dinlr Waiter with Dinlr Display. It's a customer facing display to show real-time order input so your customer is aware of what your staff is key-ing into the system.

Compatible with iPad models running iOS 11 or above. However, it's recommended to use iPad Air or later, because older iPads may be too slow to have the best experience.

Dinlr KDS

iPad Only

Compatible with iPad models running iOS 11 or above. For the best experience and easy readability for your kitchen staffs and servers, the larger iPad Pro 12.9" will be a better option.

Dinlr TV

Apple TV

Compatible with Apple TV 4th gen and newer models.

TV

Compatible with any TV with HDMI port which will be connected to the Apple TV. For the best experience and easy readability for your customers, screen size of 32" or bigger will be a better option.

Supported Receipt Printers

All the models listed are supported. There might be different variation in each model, only model with either Ethernet (LAN), Wifi or Bluetooth connectivity will work. USB only work for specific models that support iOS printing.
